This soldering equipment is equipped with a wire feeder, which can achieve precise wire feeding function and is suitable for 0.3mm to 1.0mm diameter tin wires. It uses gearless stepper dual motors and can automatically detect the end of the coil, making wire replacement more convenient; The equipped ultra high speed closed-loop control thermometer enables fast and accurate material surface temperature control; In addition, the control software used in the entire system – LASCON ® Software, with real-time temperature measurement and adjustment of laser energy function, universal TCP/IP protocol for easy integration by customers; The software script writing process is simple and easy to get started, making the use and operation of the laser system more convenient and efficient; Can save 500000 processes and 255 process control scripts.

1、 Comparison between laser soldering and soldering iron soldering


Laser constant temperature soldering

       Remote welding, non-contact, no load on the substrate

        Adapt to complex surfaces without interference

        The light spot can reach the micrometer level and is suitable for needle tip solder joints

Soldering iron welding

            Must come into contact with the substrate surface and exert a load on the substrate

            Due to physical contact, it is difficult to achieve fine solder joints

            Only a certain size of solder joints can be used

            Slow temperature rise and significant thermal impact around the solder joint

            Welding temperature cannot be stably controlled

            Frequent replacement or maintenance of soldering iron heads is required

  • The laser system operates, and during the process of outputting laser, the wire feeding mechanism automatically feeds the wire, melts the tin wire, and completes welding.
