Development of manufacturing process
First,a complete laser production process is developed by the Mergenthaler application lab.After that, the customer received the video, the agreement and the evaluation of the expected capacity of the process.Internal demonstration, special training andcommissioning can be provided.
Machine calibration and maintenance
Mergenthaler provides regular inspection and maintenance of equipment in use. The calibration of pyrometer has been verified and debugged, and meets the requirements of ISO 9000 certifcate.
Field installation of equipment
Mergenthaler provides support to customers worldwide, which will include equipment installation and first-time process improvement.
Training and process expertise
Mergenthaler provides customer software and hardware training. In addition, we also provide a series of professional advice to help customers better integrate our products into third-party machines.
