DOE optical components

DOE (Diffraction Optical Element) – uses specially designed optical elements to manipulate and control the phase and amplitude of light waves. Our DOE optical component products are all based on high-power laser mirrors, suitable for total reflection design in next-generation laser manufacturing, and can split a beam of light into multiple beams; It has product advantages such as high power, high energy efficiency, shorter wavelength, and adaptive spot, and is widely used in spot shaping, pattern generation, and optical signal processing. At the same time, our DOE optical components support customized microstructure pattern heights to create spot configurations that meet customer needs.

2、 Product advantages
① Compatible with leading laser types

Our Beam Shapers are made for high energy ultra-short-pulse lasers (down to 300 fs) and high power continuous-wave lasers up to multi kilowatt regime. Laser wavelengths support: UV (343/355nm), Blue (450nm), Green (515/532nm). Infrared (1030/1064nm) is currently in Prototyping Phase.

Easy to Integrate in Your Laser Setup

Whether you are using a free-space laser setup or laser head system –Just replace an existing beam steering mirror with our beam shaper and you are good to go – We include your angle-of-incidence and beam diameter in the design of the product.
